Problem #1: It all started before they even had the sextuplets b/c it has been documented many times in the press that Jon was perfectly content with the twins and didn't want any more kids, but Kate did. And instead of having just one more, they had half a baseball team. Problem #2: Kate is a huge controlling b**** who had to have everything in the marriage her way. Jon just took it from her like a lowly puppy and is finally fed up. Problem #3: When the show became hugely popular and Kate began writing books and doing speaking engagements, Jon was forced to quit his job and stay home with the kids. Which contributed to his feelings of worthlessness and dead-behind-the-eyes stares we have seen in recent episodes. Come on people, give him a real job! Problem #4: While Jon seems reluctant about all the attention, Kate can't get enough of it. She genuinely thinks that she is the Angelina Jolie of Pennsylvania.
